You may see us referred to previously as Dreamscape Community Hub.

We’re now using Dreamscape Community Connections to better reflect the heart of what we do — connection, belonging, and gentle pathways into community and support.

Where Quiet Hearts Find Home

A calm, inclusive community space being developed for people who need gentler, more accessible ways to connect.

Explore Dreamscape Community Connections

Dreamscape Community Connections (formerly known as Dreamscape Community Hub) is a calm, low-pressure space for people who find traditional groups, services, or busy environments overwhelming.

This isn’t about fixing, assessing, or pushing you to take part before you’re ready.

It’s about connection that adapts to you — your energy, your comfort, your pace.

You might be here because:

  • leaving the house feels hard
  • social spaces feel overwhelming
  • you’re tired of explaining yourself
  • you want community, but without pressure

There’s no right way to be here.
You’re allowed to arrive gently.

Choose your pathway

  • Start online
  • Join low-pressure meet-ups
  • Move between the two as your capacity changes

Nothing is forced. Nothing is timed.

Accessibility & inclusion

Dreamscape Community Connections is being built with care, lived experience, and ongoing community input.

Accessibility here isn’t an add-on — it’s the foundation.

We prioritise:

  • low-sensory, low-pressure environments
  • clear information before events
  • small group sizes
  • flexibility around attendance and participation
  • online options for those who can’t attend in person
  • pacing that respects energy, spoons, and capacity

This is a non-clinical, non-referral space.

You don’t need:

  • a diagnosis
  • a referral
  • professional involvement
  • to explain or justify yourself

Professionals and organisations are welcome to signpost people to us — but access is always by choice.

We grow slowly and intentionally, putting safeguarding, sustainability, and people before speed or scale.

Community-led and developing carefully

Dreamscape Community Connections is being developed with care, lived experience, and ongoing community input.

This is not a fast-moving project or a fixed programme.

It’s something that is growing slowly, intentionally, and with people at the centre.

We prioritise:

  • low-sensory, low-pressure environments
  • clear information before events and sessions
  • small group sizes
  • flexibility around attendance and participation
  • online options for those who can’t attend in person
  • pacing that respects energy, capacity, and real life

Accessibility here isn’t an add-on — it’s the foundation.

Safeguarding, sustainability, and realistic delivery always come before speed or scale.
If something doesn’t feel safe, accessible, or right, we pause, listen, and adapt.

This space is shaped with the community — not built around expectations.

Helping You Find the Right Support

Dreamscape Community Connections is a non-clinical, non-referral community space.

It does not replace professional services or formal support.

Instead, where appropriate, we aim to act as a gentle bridge — helping people become aware of support options that may feel more accessible or relevant to them.

This may include:

  • signposting to local community groups or sessions
  • Joining individuals or small groups to different events, day trips
  • sharing information about wellbeing services or charities
  • highlighting online spaces or practical support options
  • connecting people to local opportunities when helpful

There is no pressure to engage, attend, or take action.

Support choices always remain with the individual, and engagement is entirely optional.

You are welcome to simply be here — quietly, gently, and in your own way.

Support & Transparency

See how the project is developing, how support is used, and how Dreamscape is being built carefully and responsibly.

The Dreamscape team will grow slowly and thoughtfully as the project develops.
